In-House Nutrition Consultations
Providing a half day of 20 minute individualised consultations for your staff. where I will review current health concerns with your staff who then take away practical strategies to achieve their health goals. Dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations will be addressed with access to handouts & recipes after the session.
For digital services, staff are provided with a booking link and all consultations will be offered either over Zoom or phone. It’s an effective way to break up the work day for your team and leave staff feeling supported with their WFH routines. For in-house consult days, a private meeting room will be required to meet 1 on 1 with employees.
